Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Tzevaotai (the website, dashboard, AI agents and video studio). Tzevaotai is operated by Melaz Holding LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

You sign in with a supported provider such as Google. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Agency administrators can manage client workspaces they are given access to.

2. What the service does

Tzevaotai uses AI agents to help run marketing for small businesses: writing content, storyboards, captions, voice-over and replies, tracking leads and conversions, and preparing posts and emails. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Review anything before you publish or send it. Nothing is posted, emailed or paid on your behalf without the approvals described in the app.

3. Studio videos and how they are priced

Writing in the studio (storyboard shots, on-screen text, captions, voice-over lines and comment replies) is included, within a daily allowance. Rendering a real video is charged per video.

1. Claude goes first. Claude (by Anthropic) writes the video's script and the instructions for the renderer. You read the script and see the full price before you pay anything.
2. You pay for that one video. Payment is taken by card through Stripe Checkout. Nothing is rendered until the payment succeeds.
3. Higgsfield renders it. The video is rendered by Higgsfield on our account. You never need a Higgsfield login.

The price of each video is our cost plus a service fee:

• Rendering cost: what Higgsfield charges us for the video's length, currently $0.07 per second ($0.35 for 5 seconds, $0.70 for 10 seconds).
• Claude cost: what Anthropic charges us for writing the script, based on the words Claude actually reads and writes, usually a cent or two.
• Service fee: 30% on top of those two costs.
• Minimum: each video costs at least $2.00.

At today's rates a 5-second video costs about $2.00 and a 10-second video about $2.00. The exact price is shown on the order button before you pay, and that is the amount charged. When our providers change their prices we update these rates, and the new rates apply only to videos quoted after the change.

Refunds. If a paid video fails to render or is blocked by the content filter, the full price is refunded automatically to your card. Because a successful render uses paid computing time, finished videos are not refundable unless required by law; contact us if something went wrong.

Keeping your video. Finished videos are hosted for at least 7 days. Download any video you want to keep.

Large charges. Any single charge over $100 needs approval from a Tzevaotai Super Admin before it goes through.

4. Plans and other payments

Subscription plans and payment features are billed through Stripe at the prices shown when you sign up. Subscriptions renew until you cancel. Card processing fees for payments you take are shown in your dashboard.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Tzevaotai to create content that is illegal, sexual, hateful, harassing or deceptive, that infringes someone else's rights, or that impersonates a real person or business. We may refuse, remove or stop rendering content that breaks these rules, and suspend accounts that repeatedly do so. Our AI providers' own usage policies also apply.

6. Your content

You keep the rights you have in what you upload and in the content made for you, subject to the terms of the AI providers that produce it. You give us permission to store and process your content only to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.

7. Third-party services

The service relies on Anthropic (Claude), Higgsfield (video rendering), Stripe (payments) and other providers. Their availability and terms are outside our control.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
